Your Immigration Rights and Protections Under the Law

Schools must provide the California Attorney General’s “Know Your Educational Rights” guidance to parents and guardians. You may access the immigration educational rights guides in several different languages below:

English, Spanish, Arabic, Armenian, Chinese, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Persian, Punjabi, Russian, Tagalog, and Vietnamese.
