Assistant Principal's Message

Anthony Kaiser

Dear Mustang Families,

It is an honor to be joining the Three Rings Ranch family and Beaumont Unified School District.  I am excited to be a part of this amazing team and look forward to working with all of the students, families, and staff in our school community.

As a Beaumont native, I have lived in the area most of my life.  I began my Beaumont education in 5th grade and attended elementary, middle, and high school in Beaumont. After high school I attended CSUSB and did my student teaching in Beaumont as well. My wife and I have two young children who are in primary grades so it is an honor to be serving at an elementary school in Beaumont to support the community and students in their education and lives.

Before becoming an Assistant Principal at TRR Elementary, I served as an Assistant Principal for Franklin Elementary, Highland Grove Elementary, and Arroyo Verde Elementary in Redlands Unified School District.  Prior to this, I served as a Site Administrator at a Charter School in Colton for three and a half years.  Before becoming an administrator I was a teacher for the Oro Grande School District for eight and a half years.  I have had the pleasure of teaching multiple grade levels and subjects during this time.  I completed my Bachelor’s degree and multiple subject teaching credential at CSUSB, and then later earned my Master’s degree and administrative services credential in Educational Leadership and Administration from Brandman University.

My goal as an assistant principal and school leader is to support and inspire those around me to be better.  I understand how important our education system and schools are for our youth and their future. I believe students deserve to learn and have someone who invests time in them while motivating them in their academics and lives.

I look forward to getting to know you all and continue learning from everyone around me.  I am dedicated to growing as an educational leader and appreciate everyone’s support as we continue to improve our school together.

Sincerely,

Mr. Tony Kaiser

Elementary Assistant Principal
